In order to provide speedy and professional after-sale service, we state our Warranty Policy hereunder.

 

1. Warranty period of 18 (eighteen) months for main unit, 6 (six) months for accessories from date of shipment under normal use and service. During the warranty period, freight from the customer to Carewell for any repair or replacement work is on the customer’s account; from Carewell to customer, on Carewell.

 

2. Exemptions:
Carewells obligation or liability under this warranty policy does NOT include:
⑴. Misuse, negligence or accident;
⑵. Repaired by anyone other than a Carewell authorized representative;
⑶. Original Series NO tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;
⑷. Expire warranty period
